Beginning April 1, 2024, the Probate Court will begin charging users a monthly fee of $15 per user or an annual fee of $150 per user for acess to the Attorney Case Management System. To pay this fee log in and click on the payment banner on the ACMS home page. All current users will have until April 30, 2024 to pay the fee. Once a payment has been made and you are directed to the receipt page, you must scroll down and click Continue. Please read payment guide for more info.

Greenville County Probate Judge Chadwicke L. Groover welcomes you to the Attorney Case Management System, an on-line portal to the official Greenville County Probate Court records.

Attorney Case Management System is designed to provide a cost efficient and time saving method to research, view, download and print Court records for attorneys who are members of the South Carolina Bar Association. Case information via public access computer terminals in the Probate Court Record’s Division is available M-F 8:30am-5pm at 301 University Ridge, Suite N-T100, Greenville, SC 29601, except for State and Federal holidays.

The use of the Attorney Case Management System is limited to attorneys in good standing and licensed by the South Carolina Bar Association or support staff of licensed South Carolina Bar Association members. Only attorneys may register as users of the system. Support staff may not register as an attorney. Attorneys will be individually responsible for the use of the Attorney Case Management System by his/her support staff. By use of the Attorney Case Management System, attorneys agree to take all necessary steps to monitor the use of the system by support staff. Attorneys shall immediately notify the Court when a staff member with access becomes separated from employment so that access can be immediately changed/revoked. Unauthorized use of this system is strictly prohibited. Access by successful log-in and/or use of this system constitutes acknowledgement that the user is authorized and accepts the terms, conditions, and notice(s) as may be modified.
